We are OPEN 11 am - 7 pm Tuesday-Sunday but CLOSED on Mondays.

No.  White Sands Lake is a self-contained, spring-fed lake.  It does not connect to any other body of water.

Our staff members are certified in CPR but are NOT lifeguards.  The staff members are stationed along the water front and are tasked with watching the water for fair and safe play.  We are NOT babysitters.  You are expected to watch your children at all times.  It is posted: Swim at Your Own Risk.

It is best to reserve your cabana ahead of time if you want to ensure that it is available to you.  While we sometimes do have them readily available during the week, weekends book up quick.  Click Here for Reservation Info.

No.  But we do recommend that you bring some shade.  It gets hot!  Pop-ups, umbrellas, chairs, tables, small grills, etc. are all welcome!

No.  We do not allow pets on the property.  We will not allow animals to be left in cars or kennels. Please do not bring your dog.  You will be refused entry at the gate.

***Service dogs (not "comfort" dogs) are welcome but must be checked in at the gate.  The owner must maintain control of the service animal at all times.  The service animal must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered at all times.  If the service animal is  out of the owner's control, we will ask the handler to remove the service animal from the property. Service animals behaving aggressively will  be asked to leave immediately. 

Everyone who cannot swim or under the age of 12 must wear a life vest.  No exceptions.  You are more than welcome to bring your own or rent them from us for $3 each.

While we do not prohibit adult beverages, we do expect everyone to be responsible both on the beach and behind the wheel on the way out.  No GLASS Containers of any kind are allowed on the beach.  Please do not sink your beer cans in the lake.

Yes.  We take cash, cards & ApplePay.

No.  The lake is self-contained and not connected to any other body of water.

Yes. You are allowed to bring your fishing gear and fish from the shore or a rented kayak anywhere outside of the Aqua Park.   Private boats are not allowed.

No.  We do not allow private boats in the lake.

Yes, anything inflatable is allowed.  We do not have any place to blow them up on the property.  

Yes and Yes!  You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, etc.  We do not allow any glass containers on the beach, but cans and cups are welcome.  We also have food and drinks available at the WSL Concession Stand.  Click Here for the Details.

The cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to the day of your reservation.  However, we do our best to be flexible when there is bad weather in the forecast.  Click here for more Details.

No.  We only do group rates with cabanas, so when the cabanas are gone...no more group rates.

You will receive tickets via  email to forward to your guests.  Each attendee shows their electronic ticket at the gate.  Click Here for the Details.

No.  We are strictly a Day Beach.  No overnight stays.  However, there are several spots near us that do have camping and cabins available.  Click Here for the Details.

Yes, Puddle Jumpers are an acceptable Floatation Device for smaller children.

No,  We do not allow any outside motorized vehicles in the lake or on the property.

The water along the shoreline is shallow and gradually gets deeper util the drop off just before the toys.  The water under the toys is approximately 18' deep.  However, the water in the Kids Section is much more shallow.
