WE DO NOT DO GROUP RATES ON MEMORIAL DAY, 4TH OF JULY OR LABOR DAY!
FULL DAY BEACH PARTY 11 A.M. - 7 P.M.
Group rate packages are for groups/parties with a minimum of 20 guests and include private use of a large cabana with a charcoal BBQ grill & 2 picnic tables, admission to the beach for 20 guests and use of the Aqua Park ($300).
There is a 20 people minimum for the Party/Group Package rates. Additional guests are $12 Per Person. Kids under the age of 3 are always FREE and are not included in the headcount.
The Deposit for the initial 20 guests ($300) is required at time of reservation. Any remaining balance of costs incurred for additional guests will be paid on the date of the event. (See Party Rules below for details.)
All Group/Party Reservations must be made in advance in order to take advantage of the Party/Group Rates. At least a week in advance is recommended or two weeks for holiday weekends.
BE SURE TO SCROLL TO "Party of 20+ Under Cabana..." FOR GROUP RATE SELECTIONS. THE $75 CABANA RENTAL IS NOT THE PARTY DEPOSIT.
IF YOU PLAN TO HAVE MORE THAN 20 GUESTS, PLEASE SAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE TO EASILY COVER THOSE EXTRA GUESTS ON THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT.
We do have food and beverages available at the White Sands Lake Concession Stand. If you would like to pre-order pizza, wings or nuggets for your party, you can do so at the Concessions Pre-Order Page. Pre-Orders are paid in advance, and picked up at the Concession Stand at the designated date and time. All other food and beverage orders are taken at the walk up window.
You can still bring your own food and beverages if that is your preference. (NO GLASS, please). Bring your own bag of charcoal & your favorite foods for the grill and cook up your own FEAST! Load up your ice chest and bring whatever makes your kids HAPPY! Just please no glass containers.
If you need a spot to keep your cake and ice cream until serving time, we have a Refrigerator/Freezer at the Front Office. Just drop it off on your way into the gate!
LIFE JACKET POLICY:
Life Jackets are MANDATORY for all guests who cannot swim and children under the age of 12. These guests will be required to wear a life jacket at all times while in the water park or surrounding lake -- NO EXCEPTIONS!
Guests who visibly cannot swim or kids under 12 who are repeatedly found in the water without a jacket will be removed from the lake and removed from the property if necessary to maintain safety for all.
Teenagers ages 12-16 will receive a wristband at the front gate upon entry. The wristband must be worn to signal that they are clear to swim without a life jacket. If there is no wristband, a life jacket will be required.
Life jacket rentals are NOT INCLUDED in party packages but are available for RENT for $3 each. You are also welcome to bring your own life jackets.
